Ido Sharon
Founder & CTO of Latroun a new age carrier, Until recently Ido served as the CTO of The Bezeq Group - the Israeli Telecom Corporation. Mr. Sharon has two decades of various management and R&D positions in Israel & USA. He earned his M.Sc. & B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering & Industrial Engineering from the Technion (Haifa). Currently, Ido is involved in various start-up companies and serves in a number of Advisory Boards.

Oren Ariel
Director, HP Labs Israel - overseeing research focused on color printing algorithms, compression and coding algorithms, image and video processing algorithms, image analysis and understanding algorithms and learning technologies. Before assuming the director's job, Ariel was vice president and chief architect for HP Software.
Ariel joined HP in 2006 with the acquisition of Mercury Corp., where he was the company's chief architect and vice president of R&D for its Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) division.
After joining Mercury in 2000, he co-founded its software as a service (SaaS) division and was its chief technology officer.
Prior to Mercury, Ariel was co-founder and chief scientist of Narus Inc, a maker of mediation technology for the telecom billing industry. Earlier roles including independent consulting with several startup companies such as TradingDynamics (acquired by Ariba); chief technology officer at VDOnet, a pioneer of products that enable Internet video broadcasting and video telephony; technical lead at Ubique LTD (acquired by AOL), a maker of over-the-net collaboration applications, and director of software engineering at Optibase Inc, a maker of digital compression technology.

Orey Gilliam
Orey Gilliam has been CEO of ICQ since November 2003. ICQ, fully owned by AOL, is an online media company, providing one of the leading instant messaging and communication services worldwide. Gilliam successfully led ICQ to an all time high user base worldwide and managed ICQ's transition from a product based company to a media communication business that is constantly growing in product offering, user base and financial parameters.
On top of his responsibilities as CEO of ICQ, Gilliam is also the head of the messaging division at AOL, managing the activity of both ICQ and AIM, AOL's instant messenger, leading the US market with 35 million active users.
Prior to joining ICQ, Gilliam had been associated with Gilat Satellite Networks and its affiliated companies since 1992. In his last position with Gilat, Gilliam was Vice President of Broadband at Gilat Satellite Networks, Ltd., where he was responsible
for Gilat's worldwide broadband business. At that capacity Gilliam was also responsible for driving Gilat's broadband sales through new deals and strategic consulting with existing customers in the areas of business planning, sales, marketing and operations.
Prior to his last position with Gilat, Gilliam served as Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and as CIO at StarBand Communications between 2000 and 2002.
In StarBand, America's first consumer and small business high-speed, two-way satellite Internet provider, Gilliam oversaw the company's service launch and grew the subscriber base to more than 40,000.
Gilliam served as an executive with Gilat in multiple business, operations and technical positions. Prior to joining Gilat in 1992 he worked for Intel Corporation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion in Israel.

Paul Weissbach
Paul Weissbach was the Deputy CEO & VP Engineering & Planning at Bezeq, the Israeli Telecom Corporation. He was also a Director at Bezeq International and Adanet. Prior to his position in Bezeq, Paul was the VP of Operations in Pelephone, Israel's first cellular carrier.
