AttoSense's mission is to play a pivotal role in monitoring wireless transmissions. The Company's products offer a complete innovative solution which is extremely cost-effective and simple to install and use.

Market Opportunity
AttoSense targets the worldwide Cellular, WLAN and RF-ID markets.
Based on ABI Research, the annual addressable market for 2010 is estimated at $2 Billion.

The Company initially focuses on selling the AttoSense products directly to cellular operators.
The Company plans to market its products through VAR's / SI (system integrators), distributors and OEM manufacturers.

Solution
AttoSense develops a monitoring system for wireless networks in buildings. The Company targets opportunity inherent in the absence of monitoring of passive distributed systems. The system enables service providers to assure their revenue, quality of signal, improve their Quality of Service and performance level. It can also prepare existing infrastructure for future extended data services inside buildings (3G/UMTS, HSDPA, WiMax, Wibree).

Furthermore, AttoSense products enable real time monitoring and savings in maintenance costs, as well as customer preservation and decreased churn.

AttoSense's products consist of sensors and Element Management System ("EMS") software. The information from the sensors to the EMS is sending via the monitored cellular network.

Yosi Lahad -Chairman
Mr. Yosi Lahad brings over 25 years of diverse leadership experience to AttoSense. He has led companies as CEO and Chairman from the start-up/R&D phase to sales growth and M&A, and has held varied positions ranging from interdisciplinary product development to international sales and business development. Before joining AttoSense, Yosi led the turn around of Octalica, a provider of home networking products, serving as active Chairman and interim CEO until the company was acquired by Broadcom (NASDAQ: BRCM). Prior to Octalica, he served as CEO of Avantry Networks, formed by the merger of RadioTel and Witcom.

Erez Mutzafi - CEO & Founder
The Company's founder Mr. Erez Mutzafi brings vast experience in marketing and sales and extensive relations with cellular operators and distributors around the world and specifically in Asia Pacific. Mr. Erez Mutzafi worked at various companies Celletra, CellData, Celerica and MobileAccess.
Mr. Mutzafi holds a B.Sc. cum laude in Electrical & Computer Engineering and an M.B.A. from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Eyal Shalit - R&D Manager
Mr. Shalit brings expertise and previous achievements in product development and extensive knowledge regarding technical aspects of cellular products and Sensors.
Eyal served as R&D Engineer in IDF and several companies specializing in RF & cellular mobile communication. He acquired further experience in wireless modems for GSM technology,
Prior to AttoSense, Eyal worked in Essence Security - a company that specializes in sophisticated access control systems and wireless alarm systems, where he acquired his vast experience in sensors, detectors and security applications.
Mr. Shalit holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
