Multimedia storage co Unison Play raises NIS 2m

Multimedia storage start-up Unison Play Ltd. has raised NIS 2 million from LabOne Innovations Ltd. and will set up shop in the incubator. The company is developing technology for peer-to-peer networks that enables the storage of large multimedia files, which can be downloaded by Click2Play for immediate viewing.
Unison Play CEO Yossi Wellingstein founded the company a year ago. The company plans to hold another financing round before the launch of the beta version of its product in early 2009.
