Oversi Wins Additional Principal ISP Operator Project - VTR Chile PETACH TIKVA, Israel, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Oversi, a pioneer of over-the-top (OTT) caching and delivery solutions, today announced that Chile's largest cable communications company, VTR Global Com S.A., has selected Oversi's caching and content delivery platform.
