Plan Submission

Presentation
When presenting your company at a meeting, a presentation should be used, supplementing the Executive summary. The presentation, like the Executive summary, should be concise and in the English language.
A suggested structure for such a presentation would be:

1. Company Overview:
Present your mission clearly. Be short and to the point.

2. Problem Statement:
What problem or issue are you addressing in your target market?
How big is the problem?
Highlight specific customers who expressed the problem

3. Your Solution Statement:
How are you going to address the issue you pointed out?
What is the economic impact?
Describe your product, including architecture of the environment, where your product fits in, and how it works (do not provide too much technical detail).

4. Your Competitive Edge:
How is your solution superior to other solutions?
What is the basis for your solution's superiority, i.e. what enables you to provide the superior benefits you quoted? What is the technology edge (and do you have patents pending)?

5. Competition:
List your top competitors and highlight your advantages and how you will achieve market share.

6. The Team:
Who are the key team members?
What is their background?

7. Use of funds:
Major goals/milestones to be attained within the first 24 months
Detailed timeline for key events in that time period (including reaching the desirable achievements)
Cash usage projections for that plan
