Traffix Systems pioneers a new approach in the Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) market with products and solutions set for the needs of network equipment providers and operators. The company was founded by seasoned industry veterans who identified a growing need for a new type of telco grade AAA solutions set to the expansion needs of Next Generation Networks (NGN) and the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and built their innovative solutions ideally suited to fit carrier's requirements.

Market Opportunity
With the transition to Next Generation Networks the scope of AAA functionality has grown to encompass the majority of network transactions, advanced new protocols like the Diameter protocol have taken responsibility for AAA handling, adding new functionality and responsibility.
AAA is a fundamental cornerstone for Next Generation Networks and advanced services and is the basis for the operation of majority of network functionalities like the Application Servers, OSS, BSS, CSCF, HSS, PCRF and variety of other network components and databases.

Management Team
Ben Volkow - Co- Founder and CEO. Mr. Volkow Co-Founder of Traffix Systems brings more than a decade of experience in R&D, business development and management rolls in the telecom industry, previously Mr. Volkow filled management rolls in Sendo (UK) a leading Smartphone manufacturer. Before that Mr. Volkow filled variety of rolls in Panasonic Mobile Communications (UK), responsible for delivering the company's first European market products. Mr. Volkow worked closely with leading Tier-1 Operators and Vendors.

Gil Shafran - Co- Founder and VP R&D. Mr. Shafran Co- Founder of Traffix a leading provider of NGN software infrastructure brings to Traffix more than 10 years of research and development in telecom industry, especially in the area of modeling and optimization. In his last position, he was a Director of R&D in Schema that deals with network optimization and simulation, responsible for the development of the company?s GSM and UMTS optimization products. Before that Gil worked as a team leader in Telrad communications.

Lenny Ridel - CTO. Lenny brings to Traffix more than 15 years experience in architecture, design and development of multidisciplinary systems and algorithms research. In his last position, he was Algorithms Team Manager in Aternity responsible for development of analytics system for user experience modeling and root cause analysis. Before that he was Messaging Group Manager at IXI Mobile and Software Development Manager at Schema.
